YOU HAVE
- Registered and Current Certificate of Competence from College of Nurses of Ontario;
- Two years recent nursing experience;
- Sound assessment and communication skills;
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills;
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to deal with patients, all levels of staff, physicians
and the public;
- Ability and willingness to ensure patient safety, e.g. following routine practices,
completing patient risk assessments and reporting adverse events;
- Understanding and compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety programs;
- Must be self-directed with ability to work with minimal supervision; and
- Excellent employment and attendance record.
