Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team in Scarborough. In this role, you will provide specialized physiotherapy services focused on pelvic health, helping patients improve their quality of life through targeted treatment plans. You will take ownership of our pelvic floor program with full marketing, administrative, and clinical support as we bring this highly demanded service entirely in-house.
Compensation & Benefits
- Wage Range: $60.00 – $90.00 per hour (or competitive fee-split equivalent), scaled based on experience and advanced certifications.

Caseload & Market Demand
- Immediate Internal Referrals: Step into an established clinic where pelvic health patients are currently being referred out; you will receive an immediate, exclusive pipeline of internal patient referrals on day one.
- Rapid Caseload Growth: Build to a full, dedicated pelvic health schedule quickly by capturing our existing clinic demographic and active incoming inquiries.
- Program Leadership: Take the lead on shaping our pelvic health workflows, appointment timings (e.g., 60-minute assessments), and specialized equipment needs.
Requirements
- Licensure: Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Independent Practice status is required; Residents will not be considered at this time.
- Specialized Training: Completed rostered training for internal pelvic floor examinations (e.g., Pelvic Health Solutions Levels 1–3 or equivalent).
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients on sensitive health matters.
- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
