You have a, “Serving-It-Right” certificate, (Serving-it-right certificates can be obtained online.) the physical ability to repetitively lift 50+ pounds, and you practice exceptional guest service. Ideally, you have a healthy knowledge of product, are eager to grow that knowledge and possess a strong desire to hone your guest service skills. Your enthusiasm for sharing thoughts and ideas aimed at improving our work-home and/or our guest experience are highly encouraged and always welcome.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Welcome our guest and offer sincere guest service.
- Use product knowledge to make relevant suggestions, up-sell/cross-sell and help create guest purchasing confidence.
- Keep up with and promote regularly stocked product, featured product, sales and special promotions.
- Unpack orders and stock product.
- Help ensure team, guests and community safety by adhering to stringent ID, over-service and booting regulations and procedures.
- Complete daily house tasks to present a clean, safe, organized, pleasant work and shopping environment. (This includes following any PHOs and procedures directed at communicable disease prevention and COVID specific measures.)
- Make someone smile.
Minimum skill set:
- Practiced in guest service and cultivating guest relationships.
- Basic product knowledge and the desire to expand upon it.
- Organized and time aware.
- Possesses the ability to work well with others and alone.
- Well rehearsed in ID requirements and recognizes over-service and booting dangers.
- Experienced with guests refusals.
- Accuracy in cash handling.
- Possess the ability to make others smile and tend to have “fun” even in hectic or past-paced moments.
- Lotto experience is a bonus.
