Position Type
- 1 Full-Time Wellness Concierge Position (approximately 40 hours/week)
- 1 Part-Time Wellness Concierge Position (approximately 20–25 hours/week)
Compensation: Starting at $20/hour, with wage progression based on performance, proficiency, and increased responsibility:
- $22/hour after approximately 6 months (based on successful completion of training and demonstrated proficiency)
- $23/hour after approximately 1 year (based on continued growth and contribution to the team)
Start date has some flexibility, ideally training will start at the beginning of August with consistent hours at the end of the month.
About Regen Recovery
Regen Recovery is a luxury wellness and recovery facility focused on helping clients optimize their health, performance, and well-being through advanced recovery services and health assessments.
Our services include sauna and cold plunge, red light therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, compression therapy, DEXA body composition scans, VO2 max testing, and practitioner-led services.
We are looking for a Wellness Concierge who is passionate about health, wellness, and creating exceptional client experiences. This role combines luxury hospitality, wellness education, technology, and client care.
Position Overview
The Wellness Concierge is responsible for creating a premium client experience while supporting daily operations and educating clients on Regen Recovery’s services.
Training is provided on all services, including DEXA body composition scans, VO2 max testing, report delivery, and recovery modalities.
Schedule & Availability
Candidates must have availability within the following hours:
- Monday–Friday: between 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
- One weekend day required: between 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Schedules will include a combination of opening, daytime, and evening shifts based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Operations
- Create a welcoming, professional, and personalized experience for every client
- Assist with check-ins, payments, appointments, memberships, and client inquiries
- Communicate with clients through phone, email, social media, and in person
- Provide facility tours and educate clients on Regen Recovery services
- Support membership growth by confidently sharing information about our offerings
Wellness Services & Assessments
- Facilitate DEXA body composition scans and VO2 max testing following established protocols (training provided)
- Generate, review, and deliver client reports
- Help clients understand key health and performance metrics in a clear and approachable way
- Prepare clients for recovery sessions and explain service benefits
Administrative Support
- Manage appointments and client records through Jane App
- Support direct billing processes, including ICBC and extended health insurers (experience considered an asset)
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling client information
Facility Standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility environment
- Support equipment preparation, laundry, restocking, and daily operational tasks
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required
- Follow established SOPs and maintain Regen Recovery standards
Brand Support
- Assist with Instagram and social media content creation
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about health, wellness, and human performance and enjoys helping people better understand their health.
You may be a great fit if you have:
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, wellness, fitness, or client-focused environments
- Experience with Jane App or similar booking platforms (asset)
- Experience with health insurance direct billing, ICBC, or extended health claims (asset)
- A background or education in kinesiology, exercise science, nutrition, physiotherapy assistance, athletic therapy, health sciences, biology, or a related field (asset)
- Interest in longevity, recovery, fitness, and evidence-based wellness
- Confidence learning and explaining health metrics and wellness concepts
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
Experience in a clinic, wellness studio, fitness facility, physiotherapy clinic, or performance center is considered an asset.
