Job Description:
McDougall Auctioneers is seeking a dedicated, versatile team member for a Remarketing Data Entry Clerk. Leveraging innovation, experience, and transparency, we commit to delivering exceptional services and achieving unparalleled customer satisfaction. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills. You will be required to enter related information into our auction software database. While auction experience is not necessary, it is considered an asset. We provide hands-on training to ensure your success in this role. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This job will be located out of our Emerald Park Corporate Office.
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary education is an asset.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) with ability to type 35 wpm.
· Proficient computer knowledge with a strong understanding of Microsoft programs and Adobe.
· Ability to follow processes and procedures that come with each type of task while working both independently as well as with a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Display strong customer service skills when dealing with customers, clients, and service providers over the telephone.
· Proficient prioritizing, problem solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
· Self-motivated and ambitious with a willingness to learn, and the ability to do so in a professional manner.
· Strong attention to detail as well as maintaining confidentiality.
· In our collaborative environment, adaptability and flexibility is key. Team members may occasionally take on additional responsibilities beyond their regular roles to ensure our collective success.
· Knowledge of construction equipment, farm equipment and vehicles is strong asset.
Salary and Benefits:
· Full-time: Monday – Friday (40 hours/week)
· Hourly: $17.50 - $20 per hour with opportunity for wage growth after probationary period and annual reviews
· Overtime: Potential overtime if warranted as business demands
