Britannia Fleet Services is hiring! Join our team as a Licensed Mobile Truck & Trailer Technician ( 310T ). In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and servicing a wide variety of trucks and trailers, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. We offer a generous signing bonus and 4 day work week!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive preventive maintenance services on trucks, including:
- Inspections
- Brake work
- Electrical repairs
- Tire changes
- Oil changes
- Utilize Cummins software for diagnostics and repairs.
- Test and adjust repaired systems to meet manufacturer’s performance specifications.
- Carry out scheduled maintenance services effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to ensure efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Valid 310T or 310J certification, registered with Skilled Trades Ontario.
- 2-3 years of practical experience in motor coach, heavy truck, and truck-trailer maintenance.
- Proficiency with tools of the trade, including shop machines and power tools.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (over 75 lbs), such as trailer suspension parts, tires, and drums.
- A valid Class “G” driver’s license for the Province of Ontario.
- AZ License is an asset.
