Duties
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable consulting services and solutions
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, prospects, and business partners
- Present and explain company services, business strategies, and available solutions confidently and professionally
- Conduct consultations, presentations, and networking activities both in-person and virtually
- Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, marketing initiatives, and lead generation activities
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Participate in company training sessions, mentorship programs, workshops, and professional development activities
- Manage schedules, appointments, follow-ups, and client communications effectively
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate clients about available services and opportunities
- Work independently while collaborating with team leaders and mentors to achieve sales and business development goals
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and trust quickly
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment
- Sales, customer service, marketing, or business development experience is considered an asset but is not required
