F45 is the fastest growing fitness franchises in the world, having over 1300 studios offering the best HIIT and functional training in the fitness industry! We are looking for dynamic, energetic certified trainers to lead in Team Training at our Lawrence Park location!

Requirements
- Group Fitness Instructor Certification or Personal Training Certification canfitpro or equivalent
- Able to work flexible hours including early mornings (as early as 5am), weekends, evenings
- Valid CPR & First Aid certification
- Experience in a group training and or personal training environment
The successful candidate
- Highly energetic, outgoing and passionate about fitness
- Confidently deliver demonstrations of exercises, suggesting regressions/progressions where necessary and providing corrections on form and technique
- Creating a highly motivating environment that leads clients in a small group training setting
- Prepare for each class via F45 TV. Thorough understanding of each class structure, timing of work sets and movement patterns around the room.
- Properly clean and set up the studio, given the preprogrammed F45 workouts
- Assist in keeping a clean, organized studio before, during and after classes
- Sales experience is an asset, assisting in membership sales
- Passionate about being involved in and building a strong community
- Create a supportive and encouraging environment
- Expertise in strength & conditioning and cardiovascular training & is engaged in ongoing self-learning
- Social media experience is an asset
