Ant Rentals ltd. is a Brand new, aerial lift, Heavy equipment Rental company that will house 2000 aerial units and robust fleet of Compaction and Excavation.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct site visits to assess rental needs and recommend equipment solutions.
- Provide timely and accurate information about rental terms, availability, and equipment specs.
- Prospect new clients through cold calls, networking, and job site visits.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly rental revenue targets.
- Prepare and present rental proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely equipment delivery and pickup.
- Track rental contracts, extensions, and returns.
- Follow up on customer satisfaction and resolve issues proactively.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software (customer details, contact history, deal stages).
- Provide sales forecasts and activity reports to management..
Qualifications:
- 3 years of successful heavy equipment rental or sale experience in preferred
- Basic knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office products
- Proficiency in both verbal and written communication
- Effective negotiation abilities and top-notch customer service aptitude
- Keen attention to particulars
- Capability to handle multiple tasks, arrange, and rank tasks by importance
- Experience with Point-of-rentals in a bonus
