The Opportunity
We aren't just looking for someone to "bang tin." We need a lead installer who understands the nuances of residential systems—specifically the complexities of basement secondary suite conversions. You’ll be the face of the company on-site, ensuring comfort and code compliance for our clients.
What You’ll Do
- Residential Installation: Lead full-system installs for new builds and renovations.
- Suite Specialists: Execute ductwork layouts for basement secondary suites.
- Job Quoting: Assess job sites, take measurements, and provide accurate material/labor estimates.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets local building codes and our high internal standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in residential sheet metal installation.
- Must be able to read construction blueprints and quote ducting for new builds and renovations.
- Credentials: Red Seal Certification is highly preferred.
- Specialized Knowledge: Proven experience with secondary suite installations and HVAC zoning.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to read blueprints and quote jobs on the fly.
- Reliability: A valid driver's license and a clean abstract.
