-Answer phone calls and reply to client' enquiries
-Request and obtain information from clients and prepare monthly cash receipts and disbursements
-Prepare monthly and annual receipts and disbursement summaries.
-Summarize results in a trial balance
-Assist or calculate and file GST/HST returns
-Maintain weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll registers for clients
-Prepare and file monthly payroll remittance forms with payments with CRA
-Complete and file T4s and T4 Summaries with CRA if necessary
-Participate in obtaining information to help with personal income tax returns preparation
-Contact CRA to discuss and resolve matters associated with payroll and GST/HST issues where necessary
-Minimum 1 year experience in bookkeeping or accounting related work is strongly preferred.
-Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP) and Word
-Minimum College Diploma in accounting preferred
-Fluency in Korean and English required
-Starting hourly pay rate will vary depending on previous work experience and will increase based on performance
