We are a well-established landscaping and tree care company serving residential, commercial, municipal, and industrial properties throughout Edmonton and surrounding areas for 29 years. Year Round Employment
What You’ll Be Doing
Our crews work on a wide variety of residential, commercial, and large-scale technical tree projects throughout the Edmonton region.
Responsibilities include:
- Structural and ornamental tree pruning
- Tree removals
- Technical rigging and lowering
- Chainsaw operation
- Bucket truck / aerial lift work
- Brush chipping and site cleanup
- Working at heights
- Tree climbing (with and without spurs)
- Safe operation of all tree care equipment
- Delivering high-quality workmanship on every job site
Manual transmission experience is considered a strong asset.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking arborists who are:
- Experienced in the tree service industry
- Safety-focused and professional
- Physically capable of demanding outdoor work
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Strong team players with a solid work ethic
Requirements:
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract
- Previous tree service experience
Strong Assets:
- Climbing experience
- Bucket truck experience
- Rigging experience
- International Society of Arboriculture Certification
ISA Certification is not required, but we support motivated team members in obtaining professional credentials.

Compensation
Crew Leads / Aerial Specialists:
$30–$42per hour
Additional:
+$2 per hour for ISA Certification
- Compensation is based on experience, skillset, and leadership ability.

Pay: $30.00-$42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 44.0 per week
