Job description:
We are looking for a Part Time Front Desk Agent to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of greeting and checking-in guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be legally entitled to work in Canada, be able to follow operational guidelines, and provide customer service that make guests feel warmly cared for and welcomed.

What You'll Do:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Handle guest requests for information, such as directions or recommendations for local attractions
- Operate the hotel phone system, transferring calls and taking messages accurately
- Assist with the night audit process, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Your Availability:
- Mornings, Afternoons, Weekdays, Weekends, Holidays
- Monday - Sunday: 7:00 am - 3:00pm, 12:00pm - 8:00pm, 3:00pm-11:00pm
- You must be available for Saturdays and Sundays
Your Background:
- You must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual skills are a plus, particularly fluency in languages commonly spoken by hotel guests
- Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel procedures is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
