Front Desk Representative
Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
Training Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
After Training Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm

At Platinum Parking, a Front Desk Receptionist acts as the first point of contact for our organization, playing a crucial role in shaping the initial impressions of clients and visitors. This position manages the flow of people and communications, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism and efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone and in-person, ensuring every interaction is professional, friendly and solution-focused.
- Troubleshoot services issues, guiding customers step-by-step toward a resolution.
- Assist with invoicing, daily banking deposits, accounts receivables and collections.
- Manage the front reception area, ensuring it remains tidy, professional, and stocked with necessary materials.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different situations and audiences.
- Perform various clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents, and data entry.
- Monitor and maintain the inventory of office supplies, placing orders for replacement items as needed.
- Assist with administrative projects and provide support to other departments when required.
Consideration Assets:
- Familiarity with the world of Parking.
- Familiarity with MS Suite, Sharepoint, Crystal Reports, POS systems and Parking software.
- Previous customer service experience an asset.
- Remaining calm under pressure.
- Genuine desire to help people and create positive experiences.
