Compensation: Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $58,000 per year. The posted range reflects the base salary for this position only. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a year-end discretionary bonus based on performance and business results.
TruStone Financial is hiring an Insurance Sales Enablement Specialist to join our Sales & Marketing team. In this role, you will partner with independent insurance advisors by providing quotes, product guidance, pre underwriting assessments, technical training, and reporting support. You will bring a solution oriented mindset, helping advisors proactively assess opportunities, anticipate challenges, and position cases effectively with carriers prior to submission.

What you’ll be working on
Advisor Sales & New Business Enablement
Provide life insurance and living benefits quotes and key product information to advisors across multiple carriers
Provide pre-sale support and guidance, including required documentation, electronic application support and pre‑submission considerations
Support advisors with pre‑underwriting assessments by identifying potential risks and helping position cases appropriately prior to submission

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Minimum high school diploma required
Post-secondary education in business, finance, administration, or a related field preferred
2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, administration, or financial services preferred
Experience in insurance or an MGA environment is an asset but not required
Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
