As part of our Veterinary Client Care Team, you will be the central point of contact for clients and the operational hub for our veterinary team. Your ability to manage schedules, maintain accurate records, and facilitate smooth communication will directly enhance the quality of care we provide. By ensuring our front office runs efficiently, you will help our veterinarians and technicians focus on what matters most—delivering the highest standard of care to our patients.
What You'll Do
- Welcome clients and their pets with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups to optimize clinic workflow.
- Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
- Maintain and update patient medical records with precision and confidentiality.
- Process payments, insurance claims, and maintain accurate financial documentation.
