We are looking for two highly skilled, experienced, and motivated Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to join our dynamic team at Toronto Downtown and Midtown locations.
Position Overview
As our Cosmetic Nurse, you will provide personalized high-quality, non-surgical facial rejuvenation and skincare cosmetic treatments tailored to client needs. You will maintain a safe, sterile environment while building long-term client relationships through exceptional service and consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform skilled cosmetic injectable treatments, including Botox, Dermal Fillers and Skin Booster with artistic precision and a deep understanding of facial anatomy.
- Administer Intravenous (IV) injections and provide IV hydration therapy with high-level proficiency.
- Conduct comprehensive consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, and ensure all procedures are performed safely and effectively.
- Operate and manage various advanced laser, light, and energy-based devices (e.g., PicoSure, Ultherapy, Thermage, etc.) for treatments like skin rejuvenation, pigment removal, and tightening.
- Maintain accurate and detailed electronic patient records (EMR).
- Provide exceptional patient education and follow-up care.
Qualifications & Skills
- Active Nursing License: Registration in good standing with the provincial nursing body (e.g., College of Nurses of Ontario / CNO).
- Specialized Certification: Completion of an accredited hands-on course in cosmetic injectables.
- Clinical Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience specifically administering cosmetic Botox, Dermal Filler, Skin Boosters and IV injections in a clinical setting. Demonstrated expertise in operating advanced cosmetic laser and energy-based technologies is a strong asset.
- Anatomy Knowledge: Deep understanding of facial anatomy, blood vessels, and complication management.
- Soft Skills: Excellent eye-hand coordination, artistic judgment, and highly developed communication skills.

Experience
- 2+ years professional experience
- IV Insertion: 2 years (preferred)
- PRP: 1 year (preferred)
- Botox: 1 year (preferred)
- Experience in upscale medical aesthetic clinics and/or spas
Language
- Professional verbal and written English communication skills for client consultations and documentation.
Salary Range
CA$25.00 - CA$40.00 per hour, Plus Commission and performance-based incentives.
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
