Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Assist with food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Plate dishes efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy service times
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and cooking equipment throughout shifts
- Support meal preparation for special events or catering as needed
- Follow all health and safety protocols to uphold a safe working environment
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards
- Excellent skills in meal preparation and food presentation
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
- Good understanding of the food industry’s best practices for hygiene and safety
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members
- Flexibility to adapt to various kitchen tasks and responsibilities as needed
