This role is a senior, hands‑on delivery role within Deloitte’s Learning Technology technical delivery team, focused on actively driving requirements, integration definition, and solution delivery for the Cornerstone Galaxy learning platform and its supporting ecosystem.
The role blends senior business systems analysis, product delivery leadership, and technical solution oversight, covering the full lifecycle from understanding business needs through to implementation, testing, and operational readiness. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted right hand to the Learning Program Lead and is expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, judgment, and accountability.
This role does not involve hands‑on coding, but requires strong analytical thinking, excellent requirements writing skills, and the ability to work effectively with development and integration teams to enable high‑quality delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities
End‑to‑End Solution & Delivery

Support the end‑to‑end delivery of the Cornerstone Galaxy learning platform migration, from business discovery through implementation, testing, and transition to operations.

Act as a senior delivery lead within the technical delivery team, partnering closely with the business, development, integration, data, testing, and vendor teams.

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the Cornerstone Galaxy platform and Deloitte’s learning ecosystem to inform solution and delivery decisions.
Business Analysis & Requirements Excellence

Own the requirements lifecycle end‑to‑end, ensuring business needs are translated into clear, precise, and testable requirements that teams can confidently build against.

Lead the translation of business and platform needs into:

Business and functional requirements

High‑quality user stories and acceptance criteria in Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO)

Supporting documentation required for build, test, and deployment

Drive stakeholder requirements sessions independently, synthesizing inputs, identifying gaps, resolving ambiguity, and capturing the true business intent, not just recorded discussion.
