The Role
We are looking for a motivated HVAC Sales Consultant to run in-home appointments, assess customer needs, and close residential HVAC installation projects.
This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential for the right individual.
Responsibilities
- Run in-home consultations with homeowners
- Assess HVAC needs and recommend solutions
- Provide clear, professional quotes
- Close sales and secure deposits
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Compensation
- Minimum Wage + Commission-based (very high earning potential)

What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience preferred (HVAC or in-home sales is a strong asset)
- Electrical estimating an asset, but not a must have.
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Valid driver’s license
