Join our team at Lakeview Physiotherapy Clinic & Lakeview Movement Studio!
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable person to join our team in a part-time Reception and Clinic Support role. This is a great fit for those individuals who are mature, cheerful, organized, detail oriented; strive for task accuracy and who thrive on multitasking.
This permanent part-time position starts July 20, 2026.
Clinic hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Varied August availability, including Saturday mornings, is required. Full time availability between August 15 and 31st is a requirement to cover for staff holidays. A regular fall schedule will begin in September and is expected to be two to three shifts per week.
What You’ll Do:
· Welcome clients and provide cheerful, informed and professional customer service
· Schedule appointments and answer phone inquiries
· Process payments, invoices, insurance claims, and end-of-day reconciliation
· Support practitioners, prepare rooms, complete laundry, and help keep the clinic organized
What We’re Looking For:
· Excellent customer service, telephone, and communication skills
· Comfort using computers, cloud-based systems, and Microsoft Office
· Accuracy with payments; point-of-sale experience is an asset
· Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with light physical clinic tasks
· Experience with Jane App is an asset

Lakeview Physiotherapy Clinic and Lakeview Movement Studio are our combined multi-disciplinary practices encompassing orthopedics, pelvic health, peri-natal care, pediatrics, Physio-Pilates, Pilates instructors, registered massage therapists, a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and a Naturopathic Medicine Doctor. The two locations, each with plenty of free parking for staff and clients, are across the street from each other in the amazing SW community of Lakeview.
