We are currently hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our fall protection manufacturing team. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced production environment. Training is provided, and we are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in producing high-quality work.
What You’ll Do:
· Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
· Maintain a clean and organized production area
· Assemble products and components according to specifications
· Operate and monitor production sewing machinery and equipment
· Follow production schedules and meet daily targets
· Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
· Report equipment or safety concerns to the supervisor
· Support team members and assist with other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
· Fluent in English (spoken and written)
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Good communication skills
· Basic math skills
· Physical dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks
· Willingness to work overtime as needed
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
· Punctual and dependable
Previous experience working with fall protection products is considered an asset but not required.
