Role summary
Iron Shield is looking for reliable, dedicated, energetic workers. As part of our team you will be responsible to indoor the safety of the customers, company employees, property and the premise. You will be signed to patrol designated areas of the property and premise. As part of our team you will greet customer.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Making a safe and secure environment for customers and employees
- Patrol signed areas
- Complete incident reports and required documentation for all security incidents
- Be able to stand for a long period of time
- must be able to escort any unknown trespassers away from property and premise
- Excellent customer service to clients, customers by greeting them, and patrons
- Identify, monitor, and approach subjects who may have unpaid merchandise
- Document theft and other security violations
- respond to emergency situations
- must be able to work without close supervision
- coordinate with staff
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
- Security certificate
- Have open and flexible availability
- Experience with arrests and detaining shoplifters
- Knowledge of all 5 steps to an arrest/detainment of a shoplifter
- Valid Driver's license
- must be 18 years of age
- Must have experience but will train on the job
- Must be able to speak English and write English
- Willing to attend meetings and training to improve skills
- must have knowledge of safety processes and procedures
- The candidate who can apply are must be living in Saskatoon SK
