Peterbilt Manitoba Ltd. is seeking an organized and customer-focused Saturday Receptionist to ensure smooth weekend operations and deliver excellent customer service to our valued customers. This position, reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, will play a vital role in maintaining efficient communication channels and providing support across various administrative tasks.
The Role:
- Operate switchboard; answer all incoming telephone calls and direct to appropriate staff or department
- Greet visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner; direct traffic to the appropriate department
- Assist the Accounting Department with sorting and scanning parts and service invoices
- Assist the Warranty Department with producing warranty books
- Prepare outgoing mail by inserting documents in envelopes and applying postage
- Maintain cleanliness of Reception area, sitting area, and lunchroom
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is considered an asset
- Previous experience operating a switchboard and office equipment is considered an asset
- Exemplary organization and customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office programs
