Join the team Crafted Crust at The Forks! We're seeking skilled and energetic people to fill full-time or part-time positions. Crafted Crust is a specialty sandwich shop using fresh, locally sourced ingredients inside the Forks Market.
Responsibilities:
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Prepare food items according to recipes and company standards
- Assemble food items according to customer requests
- Ensure great presentation of all food items
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen and dining area
- Clean and maintain all workstations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Check quality of ingredients for freshness and accuracy
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the food industry or customer service
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) technology
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Able to quickly memorize complex or multiple orders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Flexible work hours (evenings, weekends, long hours, etc.)
