Certified Demolition is a growing leader in the demolition and abatement industry, providing safe, efficient, and high-quality demolition services throughout Alberta. We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and safety-focused Demolition Foreman to lead our field crews and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise demolition crews on commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
- Plan daily work activities and coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with OH&S legislation, company policies, and site-specific safety plans.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and site hazard assessments.
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and demolition work plans.
- Monitor project schedules and productivity to meet deadlines.
- Complete daily reports, time sheets, equipment inspections, and project documentation.
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and inspection of tools and equipment.
- Mentor and train crew members while promoting a positive team environment.
- Identify and resolve site issues while maintaining quality workmanship.
- Ensure housekeeping and site cleanliness are maintained throughout the project.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead crews in selective and structural demolition projects.
- Strong knowledge of demolition methods, equipment, and safe work practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (clean driver's abstract preferred).
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
- Willingness to work overtime or travel as required.
