As a Pizza Hut Shift Supervisor, overseeing the restaurant during your shift, ensuring good customer service, and supporting the team.
Customer Service
- Welcome and assist customers.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time.
Team Leadership
- Supervise team members during the shift.
- Assign tasks and monitor performance.
- Train and coach new employees.
- Motivate the team to meet service standards.
Operations
- Open or close the restaurant according to procedures.
- Ensure food is prepared according to Pizza Hut standards.
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness.
- Maintain health and food safety standards.
Cash Handling
- Operate and supervise cash registers.
- Count cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Handle refunds and resolve payment issues.
Inventory
- Monitor stock levels.
- Receive and organize deliveries.
- Report shortages and help reduce food waste.
Health & Safety
- Ensure staff follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Keep the restaurant clean and organized.
- Report equipment issues or safety hazards.
Performance
- Help achieve sales and labor targets.
- Monitor speed of service.
- Complete shift reports and communicate with the restaurant manager.
