We’re growing — and we’re looking for the right person to help take production to the next level and keep things running smoothly into the weekend.
This is a full-time production role focused on baking, ice cream production, and helping support the day-to-day flow of the business. We’re looking for someone reliable, organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently without needing constant direction.
This position is extremely important to our operation and is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and likes staying busy.
Schedule
- Wednesday through Sunday• Early mornings (typically starting around 7–8am)• Full-time hours• Weekend availability is required
You’ll be working alongside our weekday production lead (Alyson) and helping carry production smoothly into the weekend.
Responsibilities
- Making ice cream cakes, bars, sandwiches, pops, and other features• Baking cookies, brownies, and other components• Preparing waffles for weekend brunch service• Planning ahead so production stays ahead of demand• Restocking and organizing production areas• Cleaning and maintaining a tidy workspace• Jumping in to help at the ice cream window during busy rushes• Helping support other areas of the business when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and punctual• Able to work independently and stay productive• Clean, organized, and detail-oriented• Someone who takes pride in their workspace and consistency• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment• Team-oriented and willing to jump in wherever needed
Kitchen, baking, or food production experience is an asset, but attitude and reliability matter more.

Compensation & Perks
