Overview
We are seeking an experienced Drywall / Steel Stud Framer Foreman to lead and oversee framing projects on commercial sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and proficiency with industry-standard software. This role offers an opportunity to manage teams, ensure project quality, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors to deliver successful projects on time and within scope.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily framing activities, including drywall and steel stud installation
- Lead a team of framers, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are maintained
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to plan work effectively
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, scheduling, documentation, and project tracking
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet project milestones
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications and industry standards
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to resolve issues promptly
- Oversee material procurement, delivery schedules, and site logistics
- Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in drywall and steel stud framing with a minimum of 3 years supervising crews
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, Software including ProCore, Bluebeam, or similar tools
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in quality control and project documentation
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately
- Prior experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications or training in construction safety preferred

Pay: $35.00-$42.00 per hour
