Responsibilities include:
Call-taking, entering call/payment information into computer, clearing invoices, collecting bills from drivers, processing payments, assisting in vehicle releases, effectively communicate information with others, assist in customer dealings, dispatch calls to drivers, maintain driver/shift reports
Required skills:
Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, ability to work well in quick paced environment
