Industrial Millwright
The Millwright is responsible to safely install, maintain, rebuild and service production machinery, mechanical equipment and systems in the facility to ensure trouble-free operations. In addition, the incumbent will provide functional expertise to other Maintenance Department team members and/or third-party contractors.
Minimum Skills and Qualifications:
- Secondary School Diploma and Millwright’s Certificate
- Shares our internal values of Customer Focus, Meaningful Contribution, Integrity, Continuous Improvement and Innovation, and Teamwork
- Great attitude and work ethic
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and proven reading comprehension skills
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Computer literacy including manufacturing software
- Training in WHMIS, and forklift and crane certification is an asset, we will also train
Additional Information
- Day shift position with on call (1 in 3 weeks)
- Clean and air-conditioned manufacturing facility
- Will train and cover costs of any relevant courses and annual trade accreditation fees
