Reporting to the Director, the Regional Sales Manager will manage the southern Ontario territory and dealer/customer relationships to achieve the projected annual sales forecasts through the active promotion of Artspan Products to the pertinent industries. Maintain existing, and develop new dealer/customer relationship opportunities throughout the territory.

Develop and maintain a dealer/customer network capable of achieving annual sales budgets.

Manage sales and expense budgets.

Present Artspan products to the pertinent industries.

Within company guidelines, negotiate and close sales opportunities.

Maintain high standards in all areas of customer relations and service.

Present and follow up on all quotations for the territory.

Assist dealers by preparing estimates where appropriate.

Participate in industry trade shows and associations.

Assist customer service representatives where appropriate in assessing warranty claims.

Submit bi-weekly activity reports.

Maintain a solid technical knowledge of the Artspan products and general construction.

Follow Artspan Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.

Grade 12 as a minimum.
-
Post Secondary Technical or Marketing a direct benefit.

Strong working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook software.

Experience in reviewing construction drawings and specification to assist in preparing take-offs.

Five plus years in construction sales or related industry.

Two years outside sales experience.

Excellent organizational, written and communication skills

Ability to interpret client’s plans, needs and wants so as to recommend the most appropriate product or system to suit that need, to maximize the Artspan advantages and increase the likelihood of a successful negotiation

Appropriate social skills for entertaining clients and representing Artspan in a proper manner
