Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing clients with tailored insurance solutions, leveraging strong sales and customer service skills. Duties
- Provide personalized insurance consultations to clients, explaining policy options and coverage details for both Autoplan and personal lines insurance
- Conduct analysis of client needs to recommend suitable insurance products
- Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation and follow-up communications
- Negotiate policy terms and pricing to meet client needs while aligning with company policies
- Maintain ongoing customer service relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes affecting insurance offerings
Experience
- Level 1 license required, Level 2 preferred
- Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Excellent communication skills, including negotiation and presentation abilities
- Customer service experience demonstrating the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients
- Familiarity with sales administration tools and marketing strategies is advantageous
- Previous experience as an insurance broker or in a related sales role will be considered a plus
