You protect million-dollar equipment.
Some people clock in.
You lead from the front.
We're looking for an Industrial Painter – Team Lead who knows that great finishes don't happen by accident. They happen because of preparation, precision, and a leader who sets the standard every single day.
If you're the type of person who takes pride in flawless work, enjoys mentoring others, and loves seeing a project transform from raw steel to showroom quality, this is your opportunity.
This isn't just another painting job.
It's your chance to build a team, develop talent, and create work you're proud to put your name on.

- Inspect completed work to ensure every finish meets company and customer expectations.
- Train new team members on proper painting techniques, equipment use, and safe work practices.

- You notice the little details that others miss.
- You take pride in producing finishes that look incredible and last for years.
- You know how to motivate people while keeping quality and safety front and center.
- You solve problems instead of waiting for someone else to fix them.
- You communicate clearly, stay organized, and keep your cool when production gets busy.
- What We're Looking For
- Experience in industrial painting, manufacturing, or heavy equipment.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of industrial coatings, primers, paint systems, and surface preparation.
- Experience operating airless or conventional spray equipment.
- Strong understanding of quality control and production deadlines.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE.
- Ability to read work orders and production schedules.
- A positive attitude and a desire to help others succeed.
⭐ Bonus Points If You Have...
- Experience painting trailers, heavy equipment, or structural steel.
- Knowledge of epoxy, polyurethane, and specialty industrial coatings.
- Forklift or overhead crane experience.
- Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Why You'll Love Working Here
Because we believe great people deserve a great place to work.
You'll enjoy:
- Competitive wages.
- Comprehensive benefits package.
- Opportunities for career advancement.
- A stable, growing company with exciting projects.
- A supportive leadership team that values your ideas.
- A crew that works hard, helps each other, and enjoys what they do.
- Modern equipment and a clean, organized work environment.
- The satisfaction of seeing your team's work leave the shop looking its absolute best.
- This Is More Than Paint...
Every trailer, every piece of equipment, and every project that leaves our shop carries your team's signature.
You're not just applying paint.
You're protecting equipment.
You're creating quality.
You're setting the standard.
You're leading a team that takes pride in every finish.
If you love building strong teams, producing exceptional work, and taking ownership of every project that rolls through the paint booth...
We want to meet you.
Bring your experience.
