Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales/Marketing Assistant to support our dynamic marketing team. This role involves assisting with digital marketing campaigns, managing online content, and supporting sales initiatives. Duties
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, email marketing, and Amazon advertising and campaigns.
- Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential customer segments.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to inform marketing decisions.
- Support social media efforts by creating engaging content using graphic design and video editing tools and scheduling posts across channels.
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop promotional materials and support lead generation activities.
- Assist in budgeting for marketing campaigns and tracking campaign ROI to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Monitor industry trends to recommend innovative approaches for digital marketing strategies.
- Support the planning and execution of product launches and promotional events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience or strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Amazon Seller advertising and marketing, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively using analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with a passion for marketing innovation and brand development.
- Prior experience in sales or product management is a plus but not required. This role is ideal for individuals eager to develop their skills in digital marketing while contributing to the growth of a forward-thinking organization.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
