We're hiring a Guest & Digital Experience Representative for summer 2026 under the Canada Summer Jobs program.
You'll welcome guests who have planned this trip for years, manage our digital guest materials and property management systems, assist with all aspects of guest services, and deliver on guest communications from start to finish. The role sits at the centre of the guest experience — part frontline hospitality, part digital administration, part problem-solving.
We're looking for someone with genuine warmth and the curiosity to learn systems, take initiative and solve problems without being told how. Prior customer-facing experience is an asset. A real interest in people is essential.

This position is funded through Canada Summer Jobs. Applicants must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or protected person, and between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of employment.
