The Retail Associate Position
The Retail Associate is the true ambassador of the LOOBY DOO Guest Experience, providing personalized interactions with each of our clients and creating memorable visits that build lasting relationships. Maintaining an elevated environment, the retail associate will support all aspects of boutique operations to ensure the shop runs smoothly.
Hospitality and Sales: welcoming guests, identifying their needs and guiding the customer experience from product selection and suggestive selling through to point-of-sale (POS) transactions, gift wrapping and follow-up client engagement.
Store Operations: receiving and processing shipments, implementing merchandising plans, fulfilling online orders, restocking and maintaining overall boutique organization and cleanliness.
Administration: product knowledge and training, cataloguing and monitoring inventory in Shopify to ensure accuracy across sales channels, cash handling, and collaborating on cross-functional initiatives to achieve organizational growth and expansion objectives.
