We are looking to grow our team with an immediate hire of an Operations Administrator.

Working under the general direction of the VP Operations, the Operations Administrator is responsible for simultaneously coordinating multiple priorities of varying sizes and is responsible for proactively and successfully coordinating smaller projects and assisting on larger projects.
This is a progressive role with the opportunity to take on more responsibilities and larger projects as you develop in the role.
Our ideal candidate is proactive, detail oriented, organized, with strong communication skills.
Job Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Throughout the project financing, proactively and accurately reviews and codes project costs against the budgets
- Proactively coordinates budget, submittals, RFIs & change orders
- Proactively communicates project progress and requirements and addresses any concerns
- Provides owners operation manual(s)
- Addresses any project concerns /deficiencies
- Ensures cost reporting is finalized and balanced
- Conducts an internal debrief of the project including acknowledgements and suggestions for continuous improvement
- Other Duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22- 24/hr
Schedule:
- 25 hrs a week minimum, In-office

- University or College Degree from a Canadian educational institute
