Job Title: PCB Assembly Quality Inspector

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented PCB Assembly Quality Inspector to join our team. This role is responsible for conducting visual, functional, and automated inspections of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) at all stages of production. The ideal candidate will have experience in electronics manufacturing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to uphold high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Perform visual and final inspections of PCBAs following product process plans, work instructions, and customer specifications.
- Conduct inspections at various stages including incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished goods.
- Perform first article inspections (FAIs) and verify conformance to IPC 610 standards.
- Identify, document, and report defects, discrepancies, and non-conformities.
- Ensure accuracy in component installation based on BOM, drawings, and View Station documentation.
- Monitor and maintain adherence to ESD guidelines and quality protocols on the production floor.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of up to 1 year of experience in in-process and final inspection of electronic assemblies.
- Strong knowledge of through-hole and SMT components, component values, polarity, and reading BOMs/drawings.
- Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC-A-610) and ISO 9001 quality systems.
- Good manual dexterity, eye-hand coordination, and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle and store materials in compliance with ESD control procedures.
- Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 – 40.0 per week
