Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Remote Cold Caller — B2B Outreach Contractor to join our sales team. MUST BE AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR. This is a commission based role.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients to introduce our products and services
- Engage potential customers through professional and persuasive communication
- Qualify leads based on client needs and interest levels
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to support business growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to log interactions, update contact information, and track progress
- Follow up with prospects via email or phone to nurture relationships and close deals
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and product updates to effectively communicate value propositions
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is advantageous
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and customer service principles
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms for lead management
- Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales processes is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop business opportunities through effective outreach and relationship building
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with excellent time management skills
