The Grande Prairie Family Education Society is looking to fill a casual position for the Grande Sunset Drive-In Theatre. This is a seasonal position and runs from mid spring to end of October with hours ranging up to 15-20 hrs every 2 weeks. Hours will be based on showings, bookings and required task. This role requires the ability to work flexible hours, including weekend evenings and some daytime hours as required.
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Drive-In Theatre Operator with a passion for Not-for-Profit! As the Drive-In Theatre Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our drive-in theatre facility. From maintaining audio-visual equipment, recruiting and supervising volunteers to managing customer interactions, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with volunteers and creating an exceptional experience for our patrons. The Grande Sunset Theatre is owned and managed by Not-for-Profit Grande Prairie Family Education Society.

Responsibilities:
· Set up, operate, maintain and take down of audio-visual equipment including projectors, speakers, and
screens.
· Knowledge of mixing boards, speakers, projectors
· Managing & supervising drive-in volunteers
· Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving
· Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
· Build connections with businesses for sponsorship opportunities
· Promote to businesses and the community for private booking opportunities
· Ability to work well in a team and independently
· Ability to work outdoors spring through fall
· Dependability
· Must have reliable transportation
· Must be bondable and have a clear PIC
Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
