Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires keen observation skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.
Duties
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure safety and security measures are being followed.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action as necessary.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required, providing detailed reports of incidents and observations.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries while ensuring safety protocols are adhered to.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- ENGLISH fluency in mandetory.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Must be physically fit, capable of standing for long periods and performing patrol duties as required.
- Must be physically strong.
- A valid security guard license or certification may be required based on local regulations.
- First Aid will be bonus point.
