Move RX is looking for a motivated, growth-minded chiropractor to join our multidisciplinary performance rehab team in Kelowna.
We’re not a “crack-and-go” clinic.
Move RX works primarily with active adults, athletes, and people who want to stay strong, capable, and doing the activities they love. Our approach combines hands-on care, movement rehabilitation, strength development, and patient education to help people move better, feel better, and perform better for life.
We’re looking for a chiropractor who wants to build a strong practice while becoming part of a collaborative team and growing professionally within the clinic.

The Role
You’ll manage your own patient caseload while working alongside a multidisciplinary team in a clinic built around active rehabilitation and performance.
Your role will include:
- Assessing and treating musculoskeletal conditions
- Developing evidence-informed treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Combining hands-on care with movement, exercise, and strength-based rehabilitation
- Educating patients and helping them understand the path from pain to rehab to performance
- Providing clear home exercise and rehabilitation programming
- Maintaining accurate, same-day clinical documentation
- Collaborating with other Move RX practitioners when appropriate
- Building strong patient relationships and delivering an exceptional patient experience
- Contributing to the continued growth and reputation of Move RX in the Kelowna community
Who We're Looking For
You’ll be a strong fit if you:
- Are a licensed chiropractor in good standing in British Columbia, or eligible for registration
- Believe active rehabilitation should be a major part of patient care
- Enjoy working with active adults, athletes, and performance-minded patients
- Communicate clearly and confidently with patients
- Take ownership of patient care, follow-up, and professional development
- Are comfortable prescribing and progressing exercise
- Want to collaborate rather than operate as an isolated practitioner
- Are coachable, accountable, and committed to improving your clinical skills
- Want to build something long term rather than simply find another place to treat
Experience with strength training, sports rehabilitation, return-to-sport care, or performance-based rehab is a strong asset.
