Administrator -Accounting Department
High paced Property Management company is looking for an Administrator to assist the Accounting department. We require a person who can self-motivate and take on responsibilities without direct supervision. You must have strong written and verbal communicating skills as this position will be responsible for speaking with tenants and clients daily. Job responsibilities include rent collection, client statement preparation, maintain accurate data entry for rental packages, banking, and other administrative data.
This is a very fast-paced environment and can be quite demanding due to the multitude of tasks at hand. You must be very organized, have great communication skills and be proficient with MS Office Suite as this position has a large responsibility to customer service relations. We are looking for a long term position.

Job Summary
> Collect and process rent, ensuring data accuracy.
> Reviewing lease agreements to ensure accuracy with regards to rent, rental incentives
> Audit and issue client statements electronically, prepare and process client payments, post management fees, review income at the end of each month, and reimburse shortages.
> Perform various data entry tasks for payables and receivables including utility billing.
> Maintain accurate data entry for rental packages, assignments, banking, and other administrative data.
> Assist with banking and monthly reconciliation activities.
> Assist with filing and record-keeping activities.
> Daily oral and written communication via phone and email will be required
> Offer exceptional customer service, past experience is an asset
> Work as part of a goal oriented team in a fast paced environment
> Other responsibilities designated by the accounting department
Experience Required:
> experience working as an administrator
> Customer service skills with a strong strength in oral communication
> Dispute resolution skills
> Data entry; record keeping
