Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Fast Food Attendant to join our team. As a Fast Food Attendant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers with a positive attitude and always delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register
- Address customer inquiries professionally and resolve any conflict with a positive mindset
- Promote products and services through effective product demonstrations
- Maintain a clean and organize checkout area
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Capacity to work under pressure, and maintain orderly processes during peak periods
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive interactions
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an efficient work environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks through time management and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time / Part-time
Pay: From $18.25 per hour
Expected hours: F/T no less than 35 hrs/week. P/T around 20 hrs/week
