Position
Personal Support Worker (PSW)
Windsor, ON
Part-Time
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Support medication reminders and daily routines
- Accompany clients on walks, appointments, or community outings when required
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Follow individualized care plans and safety protocols
- Maintain professional communication with families and care coordinators
Requirements
- PSW Certificate or equivalent caregiving experience
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and professionally
