Are you passionate about Early Childhood Development and supporting children with diverse needs? Are you confident, compassionate, and dependable? Prince Albert ECIP is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated individuals to join our growing home-visiting team. We are a team of home-visiting, Early Childhood Developmental professional's who provide support to families within their own environment. Please note: we are NOT a daycare.
We want to hear from you if you:
- Are caring, confident, and deeply committed to supporting the development of children ages 0–6
- Thrive in a team environment and enjoy working with a variety of personalities
- Are flexible, adaptable, and able to think on your feet
- Have strong organizational skills and can maintain accurate records
- Have excellent child development knowledge ( background in Autism is a plus)
- Enjoy meeting new families and going to new communities
Requirements:
- A diploma or degree in Early Childhood Development or a related field is preferred; but relevant prior experience in the Early Years sector will be considered
- Valid driver’s abstract
- Police Clearance and Vulnerable Sector Check
Skills and Abilities:
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with families and community partners
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Effectively manage time and workload
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English
- Develop and implement early childhood and family-focused programming
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation
- Understand and follow oral and written instructions
- Use current technology and software
- Contribute positively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
