CNC Supervisor | Afternoon Shift | $32 to $35/hr
Location: Vaughan, ON
Shift: Monday to Friday | 4:00 PM to 12:20 AM
Pay: $32.00 to $35.00 per hour
Build a New Shift. Lead from the Floor.
We're hiring a hands on CNC Supervisor to launch and lead a brand new afternoon shift in a custom aluminum manufacturing facility.
This is not a desk job. During the initial months, you'll work alongside a small team, operating machines while helping build, train, and develop a high performing second shift.

What You'll Do
- Lead daily CNC operations on the afternoon shift.
- Program, set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines.
- Support production scheduling and ensure quality and delivery targets are met.
- Train and coach CNC operators while building the afternoon team.
- Read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience.
- Previous Lead Hand or Supervisory experience in manufacturing.
- Mandatory experience with both 3 Axis and 5 Axis CNC machining.
- Mandatory experience programming with Mastercam or CNC Macros.
- Strong CNC setup, tooling, troubleshooting, and blueprint reading skills.
- Experience machining custom aluminum products is highly preferred.
- Experience with Centateq (Weeke/HOMAG) CNC machining centres is a strong asset.
