Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various operational tasks across our projects, ensuring smooth workflow and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, reliable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. Prior experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided.
Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment at job sites
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times
- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Reliable transportation to job sites (own transportation preferred)
- Prior experience in cars, mechanical knowledge, stripping vehicles
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings

We are looking for someone to work around the yard. Getting vehicles ready for crushing, racking, taking parts off. Back ground in cars would be a plus. You may also be asked to work with tow truck operators.
Wages can be discussed based on experience
Class 5 license required
Pay: $17.00 per hour
