Position Summary
We’re hiring a Curd Associate to support daily manufacturing tasks including unpackaging stored curd, completing required documentation, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. This position involves heavy lifting and carrying, working in refrigerated environments, and physical stamina.
Key Responsibilities
- Embody and promote company’s core values (Integrity, Growth and Resilience).
- Maintain accurate records of curd handling, storage, and usage.
- Operate and maintain equipment used for curd handling and ensure proper sanitation of said equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory of stored curd to ensure consistent supply for production.
- Ensure curd is stored and handled under proper conditions, preserving quality and safety.
- Prepare curd for production following controlled preparation procedures.
- Inspect stored and prepared curd for quality, consistency, and compliance with standards.
- Follow all safety guidelines and food safety regulations during curd handling.
- Work closely with production team to ensure timely curd supply.
- Identify opportunities to improve curd handling efficiency and reduce waste.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Reliable attendance is critical.
- Must be able to follow SOPs, GMPs, and complete forms accurately.
- Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and active listening.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and statutory holidays, to support production demands.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods, working in varying temperatures and humidity levels, and lifting (up to 25kgs), pushing, pulling, and repetitive movements.
